All orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Signature required.
For express service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 2PM EST.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1 - 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
ANGG is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
ANGG offers international shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and through UPS.
Shipments through USPS are sent via Priority Mail and delivery is in approximately 6-10 days. All packages are insured with delivery confirmation, however, real time tracking information is not guaranteed. Shipments sent via USPS are the responsibility of the recipient once delivered to the carrier.
Shipping fees for UPS are calculated in real time based on the weight and distance the package is traveling. All packages are insured with a signature requirement at delivery. Real time tracking information is available through www.UPS.com. Shipments sent via UPS are the responsibility of ANGG until delivered to the recipient.
If you are not completely satisfied with your ANGG online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise and jewelry are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. This does not mean that we must receive your return/exchange within fourteen (14) days; it simply means that it needs to be shipped within fourteen (14) days.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If you would like to exchange the item you ordered and you would like us to hold the item you would like in exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the requested item(s) and tracking information if available. We will hold your item for up to seven (7) days from the requested date. Exchanged items will be re-shipped using your original shipping selection unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges will be billed to your original payment method.
